Safety First!
Pull into a safe location where the tire can be accessed without putting yourself or others at risk.
If on the roadside, turn on your hazard lights. Only exit if you are in a safe location. If things seem unsafe, stay in the vehicle and call 911 and let them know you need assistance moving to a safer location.
Whether at home or on the side of the road, we handle both emergency and non-emergency situations.
Once you're in a safe location or if at home; exit the vehicle and check for a spare tire.
On most vehicles your spare will be in the trunk area or on trucks it is beneath the rear of the vehicle. With it you should find the tools to change it, which are included with most vehicles.
Be very careful using these tools and do not jack up the vehicle if you are on unlevel ground or on dirt/grass; the jack could fail and the vehicle could fall.
If you do not feel comfortable, call and we will come to assist you.
